In June we were lucky to get to play at the John Hartford Memorial Festival, held at Bill Monroe’s Music Park in Bean Blossom, IN. We were joined by Darol Anger and Jay Starling to round out the sound, and we performed Hartford’s ground-breaking classic album “Aereo-Plain” in its entirety!!! It was a real treat to be able to pay tribute to John Hartford in that way at that place, with so many folks who have shared and been influenced by him. It was a very special night. Here’s a video that starts at 40:30 into our set, dropping the needle on “Turn Your Radio On”.
